Large Group Training
SMB Fitness goal is to promote daily healthy lifestyle habits within our community. Our challenging 45-60 minutes of stretches, cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises will leave you feeling stronger and more confident. Our workouts will target different muscle groups, giving you maximum results. This group-style training program will be great for everyone in our community to connect, socialize, have fun and motivate each other to their individual fitness goals in a supportive environment.
